Aggie Weekly-November 22nd Bonfire and Ice is ON! Edition

Good Afternoon Students, Parents, and Community Members:

We hope that everyone had a great week as we get closer to the holiday season. As a reminder next week, we will have an early release day on Wednesday, November 27 (detailed schedule below). If any family needs any assistance during the holiday season, please do not hesitate to contact our Student Services office.

MSBA Update/Road Closure-Monday, December 2nd

Over Thanksgiving break, our construction crew will pave the new access road the north campus (Animal Science). On Monday, December 2nd, students will be using the new access road closer to the crosswalk to gain access. See diagram below.

Attention Families: Attleboro Enterprises works with our students here at Bristol Aggie and they also partner with Tommy Hilfiger. "For one in five Americans living with a disability, something as simple as getting dressed each day can be a challenge. Inspired by their experiences and Tommy's own history having children with autism, their team made a commitment to rethink the design process to uncover solutions that really work. Tommy Adaptive puts a new twist on tradition, delivering modern style with innovative modifications that empower people and make dressing easier."

All are invited to attend this amazing event celebrating inclusion in fashion! Speak with staff, see some of the new items, and get coupons. Refreshments and snacks will be served. Hope to see you there!

We would like to thank Munroe Farm for donating the wood for the Bonfire!

In the Classroom:

  • Ag Mechanics: On Tuesday, juniors in Mr. Mederios’ Ag Mechanics class were performing a MIG weld to create their new projects.

Ocean Bowl:

Ocean Bowl went on a field trip to Mystic Aquarium on Saturday. We learned about various marine mammals, touched some cartilaginous fish, visited the beach, and generally had a fun, educational trip!

Student Council
Student Council hosted a successful Homecoming Dance on Friday, November 8! Students had a great time dancing to the music played by DJ Mr. Rose.

Students loved doing the Cotton Eye Joe!
