PTO Color Run/Walk- The PTO is looking for sponsors! See below for details.

Dear Business Owner,

The Bristol County Agricultural High School PTO is holding the first color run/walk on November 3, 2021 to help bring back fun events to our kids. It will be an afternoon filled with music, games and a run/walk where the students will have color sprayed on them at different locations throughout the course.

We are asking local businesses to sponsor this event to help defer the cost of the t-shirts, raffle prizes, color powder and DJ.  Sponsors name will be added to the t-shirt by the sponsorship level of

Gold Sponsor - $200 donation.,

Silver Sponsor - $100 donation.,

Bronze Sponsor - $50 donation

Friends of Bristol Aggie - $25 donation.

If you are unable to be a sponsor, consider donating gift cards to be used for raffle prizes.

All donations are needed by October 22, 2021.  Payment can be made by Check to BCAHS – PTO or by Venmo with the code below.

We would be grateful for any donation. Thank you for past and present contributions.

 Kathy Jaglowski

BA PTO Secretary

Homecoming Ticket Update

We are able to sell 75 more homecoming tickets.

Tickets will be going back on sale next Friday, October 22nd at 8 PM.

We would like to emphasize that the number of attendees is limited due to capacity limitations within Student Commons. Unfortunately we cannot move the event due to ongoing construction.

Due to limited space, homecoming tickets are available to Bristol Aggie students only. We will be making sure all students who purchase tickets attend Bristol Aggie. If you buy a ticket for someone who does not attend Bristol Aggie, there will be no refunds.

If you have any questions, please email Ms.Kathleen Reilly or Mrs. Holly Mills

5 tips for parents to help prevent negative impacts

from social media on your child

For more information on this topic please visit:  Instagram Kids and Mental Health

5 Mental Health Tips from calm.com

  • Visualize or draw your support network of friends, family, and health practitioners. Take a moment to thank one of them via text or email.

  • Check-in on someone who you think might be struggling or could use some support. If that’s you, ask for help.

  • Find a way to spend time outside today. Just 30 minutes in nature can improve your sense of wellbeing.

  • When a difficult emotion arises, take a moment to care for it as you would care for a good friend.

  • Write down a list of things that support your mental health. Keep it so you can reference it when you need it.

October is National Bullying Prevention Month, a time to focus and raise awareness on bullying.  This includes cyberbullying.

Cyberbullying is repeated and unwanted mean or hurtful words or behavior that occur online (through texts, social media posts, online chat, etc.) to intimidate, harm, and upset someone.

Check out this infographic with helpful facts and information for what you can do.
