Spirit Week 2022:
PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE
Good Afternoon Parents/Guardians:
Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, November 17th and we are using the same software called SignUP for our conferences. We are continuing to offer both day and night options for in-person parent conferences. The first session will be from 12:30-3:00 and the second session will be from 6:00-8:00 pm. Please have your student schedule with teacher names available so you can book your appointments. All appointments are 8 minutes in duration. Please do not book appointments back to back since you need to leave time for you to travel from room to room and please ensure that you give yourself enough time to travel from the north campus (CSE and Student Commons) to the south campus (Gilbert Hall, Flori, Ag Mech, etc).
Here are a few tips to consider when signing up for parent teacher conferences:
Ensure that you have your child’s schedule with you before you sign up for conferences:
Ensure you indicate your child's name in the sign up.
Try to schedule conferences on south campus then north campus if possible
Give yourself time to travel from class to class (especially between north and south campus)
The format is as follows on Thursday, November 17th
