Good Afternoon Students, Parents, and Community Members:
We wanted to remind students and families that we only have two weeks left in quarter 1, so please ensure your grades are in order. We have continued our intervention of “Failure is NOT an Option”, to ensure that students remain focused and aware of their grades. We hope that last week’s Parent-Teacher Conferences went well. Please click here to provide us with feedback on your experience with our first virtual PTC.
This week we honored our veterans each morning by playing a patriotic song each morning to start the day. We will finalize our 5 days of celebration on Tuesday, November 10th. This year marks 102 years since the signing of the armistice to stop the fighting during World War I. The armistice was signed on the 11th month, on the 11th day, and at the 11th hour, which marked a victory for the Allied Forces. We would like to THANK all of our service men and women who every day put their lives on the line to ensure that each of us are safe and free.
We would like to thank the Veterans from Bristol Aggie:
Mr. Joe Mendonsa, United States Navy
Mr. Daniel Bence, United States Marine Corps
(U.S. Dept.of Veterans Affairs)
Free Thank You Cards to Send to a Veteran

For Teachers & Students
Tis the Season: Each year during the Thanksgiving and holiday season, along with our sponsors, we distribute holiday meals to families within the Bristol Aggie community. Last year’s event was a huge success, with the Student Council raising funds during Spirit Week. We were able to distribute toys and food to several families in our community. This year we’re hoping to distribute even more, and we were hoping that if you or a family you know that could benefit from a food basket, please let us know by contacting Mr. Braga (Kbraga@bcahs.com) or complete this form. All information is kept confidential. Thank you and we hope you enjoy the upcoming holiday season!
FFA: Students were busy this week crafting handwritten notes of gratitude to local Veterans. This community service project organized by the Bristol FFA will put these notes in the hands of Veterans across Bristol County for Veterans Day.
COVID-19 Flowchart: We are continually reviewing our protocols and looking for opportunities to increase communication and understanding on how to react to this pandemic. We have adopted this flowchart from a nearby district which clearly communicates how to respond with COVID-19 symptoms, close contacts, etc. We appreciate everyone’s effort to keep our community safe. Please continue to be diligent with regards to health and safety. Everyone has a role to play in our school community. This virus does not follow any set of rules and does not discriminate. As we get closer to the holiday season, please continue to take responsibility for your own health and safety as well as the Bristol Aggie school community. If you are feeling sick, please stay home. In addition please avoid any social gatherings which could spread the disease among our school. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our school nurse, Ms. Anderson (EAnderson@bcahs.com).
Student Virtual Assembly: On Wednesday, Mr. Braga and Mr. Higgins conducted a virtual assembly with all students. The objective of our assembly was to remind students of our core values and explain that regardless of who occupies the Presidency, we will continue to work as one community and support each student to reach their full potential. We acknowledge that students have different life experiences and therefore may look at candidates differently, but that does not mean that we are against one another.
