Parent-Teacher Conferences-Thursday, November 18th:
Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, November 18th and we are using a new software called SignUP for our conferences. Based on the feedback we received from parents in September, we are resuming the day and night option for parent conferences and both in-person and virtual conferences. The first session will be Virtual ONLY from 12:30-3:00 and the second session will be in-person ONLY from 6:00-8:00 pm. Please have your student schedule with teacher names available so you can book your appointments. All appointments are 8 minutes in duration. Please do not book appointments back to back since you need to leave time for you to travel from room to room and please ensure that you give yourself enough time to travel from the north campus (CSE and Student Commons) to the south campus (Gilbert Hall, Flori, Ag Mech, etc).
Student Submission- Hope LaPlante
Here are a few tips to consider when signing up for parent teacher conferences:
Ensure that you have your child’s schedule with you before you sign up for conferences:
Try to schedule conferences on south campus then north campus if possible
Give yourself time to travel from class to class (especially between north and south campus)
The format is as follows on Thursday, November 18th
12:30-3:00 pm: Virtual ONLY through a Google meet that will be sent after you register for the conference. The teacher will have to individually send out the Google Meet once you are registered. If you do not have a GMail account, please use your child’s email when registering so the teacher can send you the link.
6:00-8:00 pm : In-Person ONLY. These will be conducted as typical parent conferences where parents/guardians will go to each teacher’s classroom.

Senior Photos: Below is a copy of the email that was sent out to seniors earlier this year.
Hello Seniors!
It's time to start thinking about senior photos! All senior photos and baby pictures are due by November 24, 2021. That is the last day of school before Thanksgiving! Please email all photos to me at kreilly@bcahs.com. Only digital copies of photos will be accepted.
Some guidelines:
All photos must be school appropriate and meet the standards laid out in the student handbook.
Be as creative as you would like. It doesn't need to be a posed portrait taken by a professional photographer. You can send in a candid shot taken on your phone. You are welcome to include pets, cars, etc.
Make sure that your photo is in portrait, not landscape, orientation. If you send me a photo in landscape, it will be cropped to fit in the portrait templates in the yearbook.
Make sure to leave a little extra space around the edges of the photo so that it can be cropped if necessary.
If you have any questions or concerns about your photos, please let Ms. Reilly know as soon as possible.
